We Draw
In silence we draw. We draw images and words so nature is magnified. Every atom becomes a subject and the invisible, a rhyme. In silence we draw the oceans of the world, the landscapes near and far, the grains of sand others may never see. In silence we draw so we may remember— the feel of grass in the summer the sound of wind in the evenings the colors of sunrises on Sundays. In silence we draw. In silence awe draws us.
